One thing is having the automatic creation of perfect sales agreements based directly on all data associated with your HubSpot deals — another and more important thing is to make your legal department rest assured that nobody from your sales team can go rogue ever again. Doing so is straightforward in Contractbook and requires just one additional step from our “draft creation automation” from above. The following steps will show you exactly where and how to add this additional step to your existing creation automation, which will simply share the draft with a sales rep and at the same time, provide only the needed access/permission to the contract. First of all, make sure you’ve got the contract automation ownership centralized, you want to make sure that the “draft creation automation” is created on a central account.
3.1 — Open your automation from step 1.4
Now we just need one additional action to your creation automation. This makes it much more scalable than having individual automation for each sales rep.
3.2 — Add new action; “Share document”
Make sure to create the automation from a central account (ie. [email protected]), and now just add another step that’ll grant full access to the deal owner from HubSpot.
3.3 — Republish your creation automation
With the last step added that shares the generated draft with the sales reps, you’ve now got the centralized contract generation engine running for your entire sales org.
