These terms and conditions including the Privacy Policy and Data Processors (”T&Cs” or “Agreement”), govern the relationship between Contractbook ApS (”Contractbook”) and the user of the service (”User”) in connection with the use of Contractbook’s Contract Insights online experience (”Service”) accessible under website insights.contractbook.com.
For the sake of clarity, these terms shall not be regarded as amending the terms that govern the use of Contractbook's main platform and the terms govern independently the use of the Service.
1. Acceptance
The T&Cs become binding and effective when the User accepts these T&Cs and uses the Service.
3. A Free Service
The Service is provided to the User free of charge without any payment or other consideration made by the User. For a particular reason, it is expressly clarified that Contractbook waives any liability concerning the Service as further specified in these T&Cs.
2. User Obligations
Upon acceptance of the T&Cs and at any time the contract is in force, the User will provide the Contractbook with any necessary information requested and notify the Contractbook of any unauthorized use the User might become aware of.
The User shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) directly or indirectly:
- Rent, lease, copy, transfer, resell, sublicense, lease, time-share, or otherwise provide access to the Service to a third party;
- Modify or create a derivative work of the Service or any portion of it;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or non-public APIs to the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and then only with advance notice in writing to Contractbook;
- Break or circumvent any security measures of the Service, or configure the Service to avoid incurring fees or in any way disrupt the integrity, performance or security of the Services;
- Exceed the usage limits, namely submit more than 5 contracts for analysis as part of the Service during a 24-hour period.
- Access the Service to build a competitive product or service or copy its features or user interface;
- Use or permit the Service to be used for any illegal or misleading purpose, or any manner inconsistent with the T&Cs;
- Collect, use, and disclose data that violates any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity rights and intellectual property, (“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, moral rights, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, right of privacy, right of publicity, and any other proprietary rights);
- Commercialise any results or information of the Service.
- Use any provided results or information provided as part of the Service for legal advice. Any information shall be used by the User at its own discretion and risk. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service is not intended to provide legal advice.
